Position Description

Position Details:

  • Award-winning medical center just north of Minneapolis, MN – doing about 4,000 cases annually
  • Affiliated with the region’s top non-profit, physician-led health system
  • Join a team of 7 CRNAs that takes a lot of pride in the collaborative, respectful, and supportive working environment they’ve cultivated
  • Desirable case mix – lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, plus some ENT, Uro, Gyn, Endo, Robotics, etc. No OB, no heads, no hearts.
  • Medical direction during business hours, independent CRNA coverage on evenings/weekends
  • 1:7 beeper call - generous 45 min RTF. All call is paid, plus a stipend for any callbacks (<20% likelihood of getting called back)
  • Highly competitive compensation – $305-325K+, with additional lucrative earnings available
  • $50-100K signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
  • Employed position with comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision, generous 5% retirement contribution, 37-42+ days of Time Off + 2 weeks of Caregiver Leave, fertility/family building help, 20 days of childcare – all the expected perks & then some
